Tim Kley

Tim is an experienced Program and Project leader, with nearly two decades of experience spearheading digital transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors, including financial services, automotive, and machinery. He possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics, as well as an Executive MBA in Business and IT Management from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2015, Tim also holds certifications in Scrum, SAFe and TOGAF.

His projects are typically centred around crafting data strategies, building enterprise-wide AI and data capabilities, and/or refining processes through data-driven process automation.

He joined the Swiss chapter to network with other project management professionals and participate in knowledge sharing.

Guillaume Saouli - March 2021

Guillaume Saouli

Guillaume Saouli, a freshly re-certified PMP, is a veteran member of PMI (since 2001) , he passed his PMP initially in 2007. He is also a certified MSP practitioner, and a certified agilist (scrum master, product owner, leader, as well as in scaled/nexus implementations). He studied CS Engineering at EPFL and complemented his technical acumen by attending BSL's MBA program in Global Management.
Guillaume's professional career path has led him very early on to assume project leadership positions, combining innovation, cybersecurity and digital transformation. He has worked both nationally and internationally holding leadership positions, he was program director/manager for organizations such as Credit Suisse/HCL, ING, BNP-Fortis, Etat de Genève. BCGe, HSBC, Deutsche Telekom, and Blu Telecom, to name a few.

Over the past 3 decades, Guillaume also ventured in the realm of innovative startups, fintech, wearable tech, ISP, cybersecurity. His keen interest for project management and innovation was recognized in 2010 with the innovation price of PMI Switzerland/Société Suisse de Management de Projet (SMP). He is currently transitioning to a role of Senior Managing Partner of a Cybersecurity Practice.
He was an active volunteer within PMI as of 2006. First as a director within the PMI Risk SIG, then as core member of the Virtual Communities Advisory Group from 2007 until 2011. In the past, he has also organized on a volunteer basis PMP preparation study groups both in Switzerland, as well as in Belgium.

He is looking forward to engaging once again with the PM community of Switzerland and globally.

Shalini Krishnan - February 2021

Shalini Krishnan

Shalini has been working in international sport management for the past 6 years, in Canada, Namibia and Switzerland. She holds an International Master's in the Management, Law and Humanities of Sport (FIFA Master) and is actively looking for a new role. She joined the Swiss Chapter to meet more people in Switzerland with similar interests

Shalini decided to complete the PMP certification in 2020 to strengthen her knowledge of the specificities of project management. She moved to Switzerland in 2017 and is enjoying the beautiful scenery and outdoor adventures available throughout the country. Shalini is a keen football player and tap dancer

Vorasith Khieu - February 2021

Vorasith has been working in financial industry focused in Business and Project Management, FinTech, Funds Operations, Trust management, Financial Control and Reporting for more than 15 years in France, Netherlands and then headed Global Long/Short Equity Funds’ Trading & Operations in two Hedge Funds based in Geneva, Switzerland.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management & Administration with major in Business Project Management and obtained the Oxford Fintech Certificate.

He is currently working as Director for Union Bancaire Privée S.A. (www.ubp.com) in COO Funds Division managing projects related to Client Reporting. He is also co-founder of Confluences Consulting Asia (www.confluences.com.kh ), incubating dozens of startups and providing accommodation and support for European companies in the ASEAN region. He has been engaged with digital transformation projects related to Blockchain technology, Trade Finance and Commodities Trading solutions including an ICO with an emission of a crypto-currency.

On Philanthropy side, he has been appointed Social Media Coordinator and Board Member at Impact Switzerland (www.impactswitzerland.ch), based in Geneva, an NGO resulting of the genesis of a unique partnership between WHO, UNICEF and UNDP and also volunteering in the Kamboo Project (kamboo-project.ngo) based in Zurich.

Early 2020, he has been appointed as Economic Diplomacy Advisor for the Cambodia Embassy in Switzerland (www.cambodiaembassy.ch) to contribute to advancement of economic relationship between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Swiss Confederation.

As former France’s Karate-Do Vice Champion he keeps the same spirit by taking up challenges with self-confidence and self-control, pushing himself to the limit. He is fluent in French and English with a basic knowledge of Khmer. His favorite quote is “Investment in knowledge pays the best interest” and he is always keen to learn new things as long as it’s positive.

After obtaining his PMP qualification to improve his skills in project management he joined the Swiss PMI Chapter to connect and exchange with people having same interests, especially in making life easier in a fast paced digital world and/or by connecting Western countries with Asia.

Mabel Lee - February 2021

Mabel was working as a Consultant at United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) till yearend 2020.  

She holds a master’s degree from Syracuse University in USA for Public Administrations and also owns a PMP credential. Her main working domain is Project Management / Finance / Business Intelligence / Public Goods and Services. 

Mabel is delighted to join the Swiss family of project management. She has a strong background in Finance gained mainly from major international banks and global commodities companies.  Mabel has also strong reporting background in particular with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.  Mabel is currently available to offer her skills to both private and public sectors.  She looks forward to any openings that can use her competences.  Rich in professional experience equally on risk management, international trade, data & reporting, Mabel hopes she can get to know many of chapter members and explore potential mutual benefits through constructive collaborations.  Mabel speak English, French, Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and currently based in Geneva.
