He currently works for a Swiss utility as an IT business partner and manages several strategic projects. He obtained his PMP in March 2021.

He enjoys the close collaboration with business stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, coaching individuals, and managing organizational changes both as a leader and expert consultant. Nicolas has 20+ years of working experience in Asia (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and India) with a base in Japan.
