Andrea has been working in management consulting and financial controlling for more than eight years. His main field of exposure are the banking and the insurance sector. In his last role as senior business manager he had the full responsibility of steering the financials, the processes and the financial reporting of the asset servicing business unit.

He has always been interested in the field of finance and accounting. He has earned the CFA designation in 2012 and is a Swiss Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting. He has also been engaged with digital transformation projects related to banking solutions. In 2020 he decided to pursue to PMP qualification to advance in the field of project management and to join the Swiss PMI Chapter.

Ivan is a senior executive with a proven track record in delivering large cross-functional programs within the highly regulated aviation industry.
He works as a senior director with SWISS International Air Lines and set up and leads the SWISS Future Intercont Experience Program. He provides leadership, coordination, and management for the new cross-divisional program organization consisting of multiple projects and sub-projects with around 200 members to implement the "New Premium" cabin interiors. The first phase of the program includes the introduction of Premium Economy seats on the Boeing 777-300ER and A340-300 fleets. Key challenges include integrating the timeline of the technical retrofit with the entry into service of the seat class – ensuring not only that all IT, revenue management, sales and marketing activities are completed and ready when the retrofit aircraft are delivered, but also that the flight & ground operations departments introduce the required processes to operate the aircraft in the new configuration. In a previous line management role, he was responsible for setting up and leading a new department to harmonize pilot training standards across Lufthansa Group airlines.

Ivan originally studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University in Darmstadt, which he supplemented with an Executive MBA from Ashridge in Berkhamsted, UK. This combination of a technical background with the general management knowledge has enabled him to bridge the communications gap between different stakeholders across multiple functions. He achieved his PMP certification in July 2020.
On a personal note, Ivan’s family originally comes from Hungary. They fled Hungary during the 1956 revolution. Ivan was born in Belgium, grew up in the United States and Colombia. He graduated high school went to university in Germany and has been living in Switzerland since 2013. He is fluent in English, German and Hungarian with a working knowledge of Spanish and basic French.

Serge is a project manager with 12 years of experience in broadcast company.

He works as project manager at Radio Television Suisse and leads broadcast projects as building or updating studios to satisfy editorial needs. Leads IT project as developing transversal editorial systems to facilitate information exchanges between Newsrooms TV, Radio, Sport and Online members.

Serge holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Studies. Apart form PMP obtained in July 2020, he is a certified Business Analyst. His motivation to join the Swiss Chapter is to develop, exchange knowledge in project management and meet interesting people.

After about 10 years of crafting complex solutions with Cap Gemini first throughout Europe and later in the US, Aude has been a PMO Lead as well as a Program Manager since 2008. She recently relocated back to the old continent to lead the PMO for the OCSIN at the Geneva state & canton.

As a chartered engineer and project manager, Jonathan works on civil engineering studies for new particle accelerators at CERN. Having moved to France to work at CERN, 2 years ago, Jonathan has developed his expertise in tunneling, industrial and scientific infrastructure.

Previously Jonathan managed a project management office at a Council in the UK, overseeing project delivery of a capital programme of around 150MCHF annually covering highways, IT, infrastructure, schools, offices and more. Jessica is originally from Brazil where she studied chemical engineering and worked for several R&D projects and in the supply chain department of a big FMCG company. Today Jessica works as a production improvement engineer for a Dutch chemical company located in the canton of Valais/Wallis. She is currently preparing for taking her PMP certification and taking further training in Lean Six Sigma.
