Dr. Michaela Told - January 2021

MICHAELA TOLD

Michaela Told is the Co-Founder of HumanImpact5-HI5 LLC, a women-led consulting firm established in March 2020. Michaela currently works with international organizations, private sector, and NGOs to link practice to policy, to support organizational change processes and to develop strategic engagement and partnership plans. Her specialization is around governance and diplomacy in global health, migration and development. She also offers online and onsite executive trainings in these areas.

Prior to creating HI5, Michaela has been co-establishing and managing the Global Health Centre at the Graduate Institute for about 10 years. Earlier in her carrier, she worked for more than 15 years with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in various project and programme management positions, from leading operations in the field to heading a department at HQ level.

She obtained the PMP in September 2020 to update her practical experience in project management and hopes to engage with other project managers across Switzerland.

Being Austrian national, albeit having a close relationship to Switzerland since the beginnings of her professional life, she loves theatre, music, skiing, and outdoor sports in general. She is also a passionate psychodramatist, believing in the power to act on stage to experience change in real life.

Monika Uscimiak - January 2021

Monika is a Project Manager with a strong background in Finance, specialized in the banking industry. During the last 10 years of her professional experience she has worked for the biggest investment banks across Europe. She was mainly responsible for the change management, projects bringing an efficiency increase due to process improvement as well as regulatory requirements projects.

Monika is keen to work in dynamic, multicultural environments, which require open minded approach, problem solving and organizational skills.

She has passed her PMP exam this year and is looking to connect to project management professionals in Switzerland to exchange experiences and develop by learning from each other.

Georges Moussa - January 2021

Georges MOUSSA

Georges is specialized in the Medical Device industry where he has been working as an Industrial Project manager since 2018 @Cellprothera - a biotech company specialized in Heart Regeneration using Stem Cells.

George has been managing projects since 2014 and this year he earned the PMP certification and lately, he got a promotion to become the PMO. Georges lives near Basel City at the border with France.

He is excited to be a member in the swiss chapter and meet other PMP managers to exchange our experience and discuss new ways to manage projects specially in the Pharma and Medical Device sectors.

Ju Yang - January 2021

Ju Yang

Ms Ju Yang is Technical Officer, Continuous Business Improvement at the WHO Health Emergencies Programme based in Geneva, Switzerland.


She is an international professional with about 20-year experience in Canada, China (Mainland and Hong Kong) and Switzerland, mainly with non-profit UN organizations. Her experience lies in the areas of programme management, continuous improvement, SOP development and training, monitoring and evaluation, as well as data management and analysis. In addition, her duties consisted of IT system development and implementation, coordination of large-scale international reporting and review meetings. She has been applying these skills within the context of non-communicable diseases, HIV/AIDS, vaccination, disaster management as well as emergency preparedness and response.

Ms Yang has post-graduate educational qualifications in Management Information Systems, Statistics, Public Health, Disaster Management and Humanitarian Leadership. She is PMP, Prince2 and Scrum Master certified. She speaks Mandarin Chinese (native), English (C2, 2016), French (B2, 2016) and German (B2, 2020). She is also a Certified Coach, with ACC credential from International Coach Federation (ICF), focusing on career development, life transition and work-life balance.

She joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to know more like-minded people and contribute to the industry practice, especially from the perspective.

Florian Zbinden - January 2021

Florian Zbinden

Florian is 37 years old and a chemical engineer by background. He has been working in the biotech and chemical industry in Norway, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Having experience in process development, production and projects in both chemistry and IT fields, he is now working in a biotech company, leading IT projects related to the laboratories and the production of hemophilia-related products for CSL Behring.


Florian is a certified PMP (since September this year) as well as a PRINCE2 & AgilePM Practitioner. He expects to learn from his peers through the Swiss chapter and to engage in interesting discussions.

Raphael Branger - December 2020

Raphael Branger

Raphael is a pioneer in adapting agile and requirement engineering methods in the context of data and analytics projects. He works as a Principal Consultant Data & Analytics at IT-Logix in Switzerland with more than eighteen years of experience in business intelligence and data warehousing.


Raphael is helping organisations to plan and build what's needed for their data & analytics requirements. He is a strategist, architect, requirements engineer, agile coach but also a developer hence providing a holistic view on the projects he is involved with. He started his career with creating reports and moved on to system engineering for business intelligence platforms. He learned to build new data warehouses from scratch and how to optimize this process following an agile process as well as data warehouse automation. His projects led him from small data to big data to smart data, from simple dashboards to sophisticated data science models.


Raphael holds a master’s degree in information management of the University of Fribourg – Switzerland. In 2017 he became a Certified Disciplined Agile Practitioner. He is an active contributor to the community in associations like IBCS, TDWI and SwissVR. He is looking forward to contributing to PMI as well.

Jaroslaw Szulc - December 2020

Jaroslaw Szulc

Passionate about digital technologies and multiculturally exposed, Jaroslaw is an experienced business consultant and program/project manager in large-scale IT undertakings for banking, telecommunications, media and public sectors. His prime professional domains are cloud computing, virtualization, big data, BI, data analytics, AI, digital transformations and integrations. He’s an expertin enterprise systems - CRM, ERP, multi-channel (incl. mobile apps) B/OSS suites, real-time financial information and trading platforms, risk evaluation & compliance for banking sector (Thomson- Reuters portfolio). He offers strong competences in IT infrastructure due diligence and strategic consultancy.


Jaroslaw graduated from Warsaw University of Technology in 1998 as a Master of Science in IT&Telecommunications. His professional career started at the technical department of the first mobile operator in Poland in 1997 and led through a number of corporate positions – Product Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager to name a few. He worked for the ICT industry leaders like Alcatel, Siemens, Orange and Thales Group. He strengthened his business aptitude with postgraduate studies at the Management Dept. of University of Warsaw (2002-2003) and at the Department of Economics (2010), where he gained his European Business Competence Licence.


He’s life in Switzerland started in year 2012, where he focused his career on project and program management. As a Project Manager based in Lausanne, he led several complex projects in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Denmark, Poland and Saudi Arabia. He speaks fluent English (lived four years in NYC, US), native Polish, Russian and has a good command of German, French and Spanish.

In June 2020 Jaroslaw has successfully passed his certification exam for the Project Management Professional® and is very happy joining Swiss chapter of PMI.

Kevin Rohrbach - December 2020

Kevin Rohrbach

Kevin is a Swiss/English dual citizen who did the Swiss KV and holds a BSc in physiotherapy. He holds a PSM L1 certificate from scrum.org and is now working on the CAPM to gain deeper understanding and as a step toward a future PMP certification. Kevin has worked at Interactive Brokers since 2007 with a five-year hiatus between 2010-2015 for his studies. He started in clearing but since 2018 he is concentrating more on managing projects as part of the business development team for EMEA. In his current position Kevin works as a project manager focusing mainly on product enhancements, collaboration with European exchanges, and developing Interactive Brokers' European business.


In his free time Kevin enjoys outdoor sports, sailing, reading, photography, and programming in Python. He joined the Swiss Chapter with the desire to meet like-minded people, network, learn, and keep himself up to date with current developments in project management.

Daniel Ritter - December 2020

Daniel Ritter

Daniel was born in 1982 and now working as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Belimo Automation AG, Hinwil (ZH). He specializes in managing several global digitization projects in parallel.

Daniel joined the Swiss Chapter to foster awareness that project management is a critical success factor.

Hannes Unterspann - November 2020

hannes unterspann

Hannes is a motivated Project Manager with more than 6 years of experience in leading projects in the real estate sector, especially office refurbishments and fit-outs. He holds a Masters Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management. During his studies he was awarded with multiple scholarships, allowing him to work on projects around the world. Recently, Hannes has achieved one of his long standing goals and became a certified PMP.

Hannes always strives for Quality and Excellence, delivering the best possible outcome to the client. He is solution oriented, goal driven, with focus on processes and compliance. Self-motivation and self-discipline are not new to him, also in private life he enjoys challenges and pushing the limits. Just last year, Hannes completed the Ironman in Zurich and finished among the top 25% overall.

Currently he is looking for a new beginning as freelancer or Project team lead.
