Social Impact Agile is a movement focused on carrying out Social projects created by a team of professionals in Agile and Development applicable to any effort that seeks to improve the quality of life of one or more people.
Big companies have similar problems to that of country governments.
The key is to focus on obtaining the solution to the problem.
Agile is 21 years old, but in 2019 in Virginia, the USA, a new manifesto for Social Impact. Agile: SiAgile, was written with the participation of Rocío Briceño and Alistair Cockburn (one of the authors of the agile manifesto). Its first applications have already been used by multilateral organisations and private companies with social responsibility areas.
