Following the successful brainstorming interaction on Product Owner Secrets, this workshop is going to further explore and build on the learnings from the last session. Continuing with its interactive online events, PMI Switzerland welcomes you to its next Open Space meeting.
With discussions ranging from exploring the role of a PO in an Agile framework to how to do justice as a PO while fulfilling responsibilities as a Project Manager, we welcome you to join us in this collaborative forum.
An Open Space format is an ideal interactive approach to encourage conversations and debates particularly when the group comprises participants from diverse backgrounds. The virtual-led technique of enabling a brainstorming session enables you to interact in a highly productive and progressive manner. Our main objective is to provide you a platform to engage deeply and creatively around issues of concern.
The five principles that govern an OS format – collectively express a core respect for the participants, process and outcome of the event :
● Whoever come are the right people
● Whatever happens is the only thing that could have
● Whenever it starts is the right time
● When it’s over, it’s over
● If any participant finds themselves in a situation where they are neither learning nor contributing, they can go to another breakout room
While we previously attempted to better understand the responsibilities of a PO, we go further in identifying the demands of this role in the context of Agile frameworks and drawing learnings from your personal experiences.
Come join us on 8th December for a unique interaction where you put forth your experiences and queries, set the agenda and help mould a better understanding of Product Owners.
