The future of work has been changing and fast. We live in a 2-hour chaos era and we need to develop mindset muscles that are positive, dynamic, adaptive, and reflective. We need to find ways to use balanced processes and technology to achieve agility, experimenting, and learning and attempt to stay stable at the center of the storms of a continually redrawn new normal.
The future of work is built on transparency and it assumes that the organizational culture is healthy and that it possesses the right readiness for stretching which are a must in tomorrow’s innovative organizations. Achieving that type of culture opens the door for the utmost value of digital transformations’ journeys.
The leadership of this hybrid future is anchored in building the trust currency. Business success will require a responsible adaptive mindset, Humans that are not stuck, true players who are focused on making an immense impact from using technology on scaling the performance of the organization.
Our Panelists will present an integrated view of the future and will examine the topic from a variety of focus angles:
Led by Dr. Al Zeitoun, the panel will highlight
The Panelists will also illustrate the attributes that collectively build this human, yet technology-centered way of working. And they will also explore the growing hyper customer centricity focus, and massive degree of sensing, powered by Artificial Intelligence and data analytics. The future of work is powered by smart decision-making and a powerful edge for successful and consistent initiatives’ benefits.
