Election Committee

Should I be elected as the PMI Swiss Chapter Elections Committee Officer, my focus will be on ensuring a smooth and compliant election process for the organization.

Project Management experience

Currently I lead projects and change management at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva. I bring global and multi-cultural project management experience in both the humanitarian and private sector. Prior to my current role, I have worked for two global technology companies, where I have led project teams to improve processes and implement new tools. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners is something I enjoy.

I have an Executive MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne. During the pandemic, I acquired the PMP and the PMI-ACP certifications. I am  Member of PMI Switzerland and PMI Germany.

PMI volunteering experience

I joined the PMI Swiss Chapter in 2021 and I have been volunteering as part of the events team in Romandie. I have helped to organize several speaker events and I am responsible for the networking lunches in Geneva.
Helping the PMI community in Geneva connect is something that I am very passionate about. I am grateful for the chance to meet and work with the amazing people at PMI Switzerland.

My motivation and key priorities within the chapter

As the Elections Committee officer, my focus will be to build on the great work of my predecessors Elena and Alp. My objective will be to ensure a smooth Election process. In addition to overseeing the operations of elections, I plan to make recommendations on improvements to the Election procedure and process where applicable. As the Elections Committee Officer, I will remain impartial at all times.
