How to get to the Allegro Grand Casino Kursaal Berne

Following the success of last year's Summer Event with over 80 participants, the board has decided to go one step beyond. In this year's full day conference, we will explore the topics "Project Management Maturity and Project Management Tools".

Focus

The use of various project management maturity models has grown over the years. With programmes such as PMI's Organisational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3®), organisations can get new perspectives on how project management works. The conference intends to connect this topic with the use of project management tools to stimulate discussion on any of the project management maturity processes in use today.

This event establishes a link between project management maturity and project management tools and provides answers to the following questions:

  • What are the benefits for my company if we reach a higher level of PM maturity?
  • How can I assess the current level of PM maturity of my company?
  • How can I improve the level of PM maturity of my company?
  • How does a PM tool help me in achieving a higher level of PM maturity, what did other companies do (success stories)?
  • What PM tool / what functionalities of PM tools do I need at which level of PM maturity?
  • How can I improve the PM maturity by assessing my project managers and improving their skills?
