Below, you will find information how to submit a paper or presentation for consideration by the PMI Switzerland Chapter.

REMEMBER: Please be sure to read the information on Selection Criteria for submitters. You are required to be aware of the Presenter Requirements and, if selected, adhere to the milestones provided. Failure to adhere to the milestones may result in your invitation being withdrawn. Also note that submissions more than 1 year old or submitted or presented at more than 2 congresses/conferences in a year will not be considered.

Notification of Selection

Scoring may take up to 8 weeks or more after the submission date. The highest scores are chosen for presentation. For presenters with multiple submissions, only the highest scoring proposal will be considered. Selected presenters will receive an e-mail invitation to present immediately after being selected and have 10 business days to accept or decline the invitation. Selection of papers/presentations is a continious process conducted at the PMI Switzerland Chapter. Events are planned up to one year in advance, thus your proposed presentation date can fit within a window of submission date + 6 to 12 months. Selections are made blindely on a peer-review based process by the VP Events and all the Local Event Committee Directors.

Additional presentations, based on the next highest scores, may be selected as alternates. These alternates will be notified by e-mail after the initial invitations are sent.
