About the speaker:
Since 2007, Alexandre NEVSKI has been enabling blue-chip insurance and financial services organisations to better serve their customers, comply with regulations and achieve operational excellence using Business Process Management (BPM). A highly analytical architect with a technical background spanning 10 years, he is also an effective communicator and team leader who uses his skills and experience to close execution gaps and align information technology with business strategy.
