What (if anything) was missing?	the content was not exactly as announced - more on cultural differences than virtual teams but it was very good anyway. Too vast a subject for such a short time. I think Deasun's approach introduced the subject well.
Do you have any other comments or remarks about this event?	I liked the very interactive way of the presentation and the discussions. I am Event manager PMI Basel Internal announcement in our company Event clearly illustrated challenges one has working on global virtual teams; notably, the X-cultural difference which can either positively or negatively affect performance.
