- To learn the context and usage of all three calculations:
- for the selection of projects (VEA),
- their tracking during execution (EVA) and
- assessment of their impact on organisations (EVA).
- To understand via a demonstration how the calculations work in principle
- To see at least one tool which can accomplish the calculation
- To get some pointers, URLs to relevant literature, tool, consulting company
- To meet other Project Managers, Accountants, Professional Organisers and to extend your personal network
